Responsibilities
As a Senior Web Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Conceptualize and create innovative and visually appealing website designs, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and branding consistency across web projects.
- Collaborate effectively with Web Developers and Product Designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Present design concepts and effectively communicate design rationale to internal teams and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to our projects.
- Incorporate user feedback and iterate on designs to optimize user experience and achieve project objectives.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and a variety of web projects.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud products.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript principles and their impact on design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
