You'll be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from understanding user needs and defining product strategy to crafting intuitive interfaces and validating your designs. Responsibilities
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct user research, analyze user needs, and translate insights into product requirements and design solutions.
- Define product strategy and user flows in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with Web Designers and Web Developers to ensure feasibility and seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and optimize user experience.
- Develop and maintain product design documentation, including user stories, journey maps, and design specifications.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product design trends, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your user-centered design process and successful product outcomes.
- Deep understanding of user research methodologies, interaction design principles, and information architecture.
- Expertise in prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Ability to think strategically about product goals and user needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to design.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
